Job Description:

The Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of 3E suite of product implementation projects. This role involves leading the project team through the project lifecycle, ensuring team motivation, skill development, and effectiveness. The Project Manager serves as the primary client contact during implementations and ensures client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver projects within budget and agreed timeline, maintaining quality standards.
• Handle administrative duties for other project managers, ensuring smooth operations and coordination across multiple projects.
• Prepare regular status and financial reports for clients.
• Conduct regular status meetings with the client and project team.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships.
• Actively participate in all phases of the project.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks to the project’s success.
• Apply the Elite Project Implementation Methodology, based on SDLC Waterfall and PMI principles.
• Ensure project governance is in place throughout all project phases.
• Provide input on the appropriateness of tools and processes related to project goals.
• Adapt personal approach and style to changing circumstances.
• Plan and manage project activities to maximize commercial return and minimize non-billable time.
• Raise and discuss change orders with clients in advance to manage expectations effectively.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of internal project management reports, including milestone, backlog/financial forecast, resource forecast, status, and other reports as requested.
• Ensure accurate recording and timely billing of all project-related time.
• Manage own time effectively to maximize utilization and balance demands from multiple projects.
• Meet individual contributor targets for billable hours and methodology contributions.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management of software implementations.
• Demonstrable leadership skills, including resource management, motivating, and coaching.
• Client-facing consultancy experience in professional services organizations.
• Ability to work effectively in an environment of change and uncertainty, exercising sound judgment under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of work and diverse projects.
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, depending on project stages.
• Experience with financial ERP implementations (GL, AP, AR, Billing/Invoicing) and conflicts and case management workflow implementations.
• Familiarity with financial operations (GL, AP, AR, Billing/Invoicing, Operational and Management Reporting) and client and matter management.
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
