Client Relations Manager | OysterLink | Serbia

OysterLink is a new and upcoming restaurant & hospitality job site.

Currently, OysterLink.com is just an article site. We are working on developing the job features and functionality. The platform will be ready to officially launch by September 2024.

We are seeking several Client Relations Managers with excellent English communication and organizational skills to find and create relationships with hiring managers and job seekers. The goal is to get hiring managers to post jobs on the site and qualified candidates to apply for jobs on the site when it’s ready to go live.

The ideal candidate must be a proactive and independent thinker who can take ownership of the tasks at hand and ensure timely & quality output through collaboration with other team members.

This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position as our headquarters are in the US. We are seeking team members that can work up until 4p.m. EST.

Responsibilities:

Grow the prospects lists for OysterLink

get Job Seekers: Create & nurture relationships with culinary schools, restaurants & hospitality associations, and industry groups and influencers. Develop creative ways to connect with them.
get Recruiters and Hiring Managers: Create & nurture relationships with family restaurants, restaurant chains, cruises, hotels, vacation places, and various industry groups. Develop creative ways to connect with them.

GOALS:

over 200 monthly job postings.
several thousand qualified applicants to apply for jobs each month.

Requirements:

soft and communication skills
to work between 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST
& English proficiency (great speaking & writing skills are required)
engages with hiring managers and students over phone and video calls
at least 1+ year of experience as a Client Relations Manager or similar role
hospitality/restaurant experience (even on unrelated positions) is a PLUS
& goal oriented
