• You have 8 years of experience in Javascript or Typescript

• Mentoring skills: You should be a good mentor who can help others ramp up on skills, ask relevant questions, and help them grow.
• Project management skills: You should have strong project management skills and be able to drive the project by planning, clarifying roles, tracking progress, simplifying technical topics for non-technical audiences, and managing risks.
• Software development expertise: You should have strong expertise in software development with a focus on the front end. You should care about building reliable, scalable, and easy-to-maintain software.

• Lead high-complexity projects from discovery to delivery, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the highest quality standards.
• Build a tech vision that anticipates product evolution, strengthens core platform alignment, and reinforces velocity and quality. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure that the vision is aligned with the company’s goals and values.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and inclusivity within the team, ensuring that everyone’s voice is heard and that diverse perspectives are considered in decision-making.
• Lead by example and become a role model for other engineers, inspiring them to strive for excellence and continuously improve their skills.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in language, tech stack, frameworks, and tools, and share your knowledge with the team to ensure that we are using the most effective and efficient technologies available.
