Job Description

As the Executive Compensation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, design, and administration of executive compensation programs. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with key stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving initiatives to enhance our compensation framework. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making processes and support the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Director of Executive Compensation to develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Prepare materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, including meeting agendas and analyses.

Lead the preparation of executive compensation disclosures for annual proxy statements.

Provide proactive recommendations to enhance the executive compensation program and improve efficiencies.

Consult with Talent Acquisition and business leaders on executive-level offers.

Propose and implement process improvements to streamline compensation-related procedures.

Offer consultative expertise on compensation matters to executives, HR, and people leaders.

Partner with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on compensation processes and pay structure design.

Oversee salary surveys, merit programs, and incentive plans.

Adapt to changing priorities and offer solutions to challenges as they arise.

Build rapport and credibility across the organization, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in compensation or financial analysis, OR 9 years of relevant experience.

Minimum of 1 year in a managerial role.

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with attention to detail.

Experience partnering with senior executives and external consultants.

Demonstrated ability to achieve results and drive operational change initiatives.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all stakeholders.

Strong conflict resolution and influencing abilities.

Ability to build productive working relationships cross-functionally.

Experience with global compensation and executive compensation software (e.g., Workday) preferred.
