    1. Understanding the Project Requirements

    • Stakeholder Interviews: Conduct meetings with stakeholders to understand the business goals, target audience, and specific project requirements.
    • User Research: Identify and understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of your target users through surveys, interviews, and usability testing.

    2. Establishing the Brand Identity

    • Brand Values and Mission: Define the core values and mission statement that will guide the visual and tonal elements of the brand.
    • Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitors to understand industry standards and identify opportunities for differentiation.

    3. Creating a Style Guide

    A style guide ensures consistency across the entire product and makes it easier for team members to follow the same design principles.

    Components of a Style Guide:

    • Logo Usage: Guidelines for logo usage, including variations, clear space, and placement.
    • Color Palette: Define primary, secondary, and tertiary colors, including hex codes, RGB values, and usage scenarios.
