Our client is a European based brand, looking for a skilled & experienced Retention Manager .

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across email channels, app push notifications, and strategic website pop-ups. This role is critical in aligning with our brand’s goals and driving customer retention and revenue growth.

It’s a permanent remote work opportunity.

Key responsibilities would include:

Campaigns Management: Design, implement, and monitor effective marketing campaigns that encompass email channels, app push notifications, and strategic pop-ups on the website. Utilize analytics to assess campaign performance and suggest improvements to enhance customer retention.

Marketing Operations: Coordinate with various departments – product, design, and email marketing tools, to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities. Manage the marketing calendar and plan for future months to hit retention and revenue goals.

Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, deriving insights to inform future retention strategies.

Content Creation: Craft compelling copy and oversee the creation of captivating and relevant content for email campaigns and other marketing channels, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and messaging.

A/B Testing and Optimization: Implement A/B testing for various email campaigns to optimize performance. Analyze results to continually improve engagement rates, open rates, and conversion.

Customer Segmentation: Develop and refine customer segmentation strategies to deliver more personalized and effective marketing messages.

Trend Monitoring: Keep abreast of the latest trends in email marketing, customer retention tactics, and marketing technology tools, applying best practices to our strategies.

Proficiency in Tools: Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and CleverTap.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates must have the following attributes:

● 5+ years of experience in campaign management & marketing operations.

● Proficiency in marketing tools such as Klaviyo, CleverTap, and Google Analytics

● Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker Studio.

● Knowledge of events tracking through UTMs etc.
