Onboarding: Helping new clients maximize value from our product suite.
Implementation: Assisting clients with technical setup and initial training.

Your Role
As a Senior Instructional & Video Designer, reporting to the Director of Customer Education, you will lead the creation of instructional materials, including video tutorials, multimedia courses, and other educational resources. You will work with subject matter experts to develop high-quality learning content that enhances customers’ understanding of our products and services. This is a visible and impactful role where you can make a significant difference.
Key Responsibilities
Research and create instructional materials (tutorials, scripts, storyboards, role plays, tests, etc.) to simplify complex information into engaging multimedia instruction.
Manage the video creation program for instructional content available in products, knowledge centers, and online communities.
Collaborate with the Marketing team and graphic designers to establish style guides for videos and ensure consistent branding.
Develop course content, outlines, user pathways, feedback systems, and select presentation media to optimize learning experiences.
Conduct needs analysis, set training objectives, and create custom coursework to meet specific customer or employee needs.
Apply instructional design theories, practices, and methods to develop effective learning materials.
Determine and utilize assessment tools to measure learner progress.
Handle multiple priorities, respond to customer requests, and adapt to timeline changes efficiently.
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in instructional design or animated video creation, preferably in a technology-based company.
Strong understanding of learning theories and multimedia instructional design models.
Proficiency in video and course development software.
Visual design skills and the ability to storyboard (graphic design skills are a plus).
Excellent writing skills for copy, instructional text, and audio/visual scripts.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changes quickly.
Highly collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented with strong presentation skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and flexibility in project situations.
Superior relationship and communication skills.
Compensation
Base salary range: $82,000 – $123,400, plus eligibility for a 10% annual corporate bonus.
Final base salary will be determined based on skills, education, and experience, considering internal equity.
