Our Quickbooks Live Bookkeeping Experts are passionate about working with small business owners, agile, continually learning, working, and providing guidance and insights in new and exciting ways. The QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping Expert role is responsible for providing professional guidance to Small Business Owners managing their business through Quickbooks Online. This role requires a deep understanding of QuickBooks Online, as well as strong bookkeeping, customer service, and technical skills. What you’ll bring 3+ years of bookkeeping and/or accounting experience 3+ years of QuickBooks Online experience Experience supporting Payroll, Sales Tax, or Tax Preparation

Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate complex bookkeeping processes and issues across multiple industries Experience providing guidance in a customer-facing environment QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification required CPA, EA, JD, and/or CPB is preferred, not required Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient with technology; strong knowledge of computer software and ability to learn technology quickly Dedicated high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) Ability to work in a fast-paced virtual environment with minimal supervision Critical thinking, problem solving, flexibility, and determination Willingness to learn and support new products and services
