As a Customer Relations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining positive relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for understanding their business needs, identifying upselling opportunities, and working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver services.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop strong relationship with customers by proactively engaging with them to foster long-term relationships and understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities.

2. Provide ongoing support to ensure customers are reaping maximum value from our products and services.

3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.

4. Monitor and analyse the key metrics to assess and identify areas for improvement. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.

5. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services to existing customers.

6. Soliciting feedback from customers regarding their experience with our products/services.

7. Redirect customer concerns and issues promptly and effectively to respective internal teams thereby ensuring timely resolution, customer satisfaction.

8. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize revenue opportunities and drive business growth.

9. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations to customers.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

2. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.

3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers from diverse backgrounds.

4. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a focus on driving positive outcomes for customers.

5. Knowledge in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite or other relevant tools for managing customer relationships and tracking metrics is preferred.

6. Proven experience of minimum one year in a customer-facing role.
