We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in innovative social media strategies. We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team, focusing on producing captivating visual content for social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
– Design eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
– Collaborate with the social media and content teams to create compelling visuals aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
– Stay updated on the latest design trends, social media formats, and audience preferences to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
– Develop graphics for advertisements, banners, promotional materials, and brand assets.
– Work closely with copywriters and marketers to ensure visuals complement messaging and tone.
– Ensure consistency in brand identity across all social media posts.
– Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
– 1-3 years of experience in social media graphic design (internships considered for entry-level candidates).
– Strong portfolio showcasing experience with social media graphics.
– Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
– Understanding of current social media trends, audience behavior, and platform-specific content formats.
– Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects at once.
Preferred Skills
– Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
– Familiarity with marketing principles and content strategy.
– Knowledge of UX/UI design is a bonus.
