Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Manage Campaigns:

Create, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.

Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

Content Strategy:

Develop and manage content marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

Performance Tracking & Optimization:

Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

SEO/SEM:

Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.

Research and implement content recommendations for organic SEO success.

Social Media Management:

Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) on social media platforms.

Email Marketing:

Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.

Manage email marketing campaigns, including the development of email templates, list segmentation, and A/B testing.

Analytical Tools:

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.

Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other content creators to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in digital marketing or advertising.

Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.

Proficient in marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush).

Experience with A/B testing and optimizing landing pages.

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and Google AdWords.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot is a plus.
