Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate with 5-7 years of direct sales experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling SaaS solutions to large enterprises in Consulting (e.g. Big 4), IT Services (e.g. Full service IT providers, GCCs) and other industries which have a significant intake of new early-in career / graduate talent (E.g. Financial Services, FMCG, Manufacturing). You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a focus on outbound sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, lead generation, lead qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
• Achieve revenue targets set by the organization.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in large corporations.
• Identify customer pain points and provide customized SaaS solutions based on Trumio’s platform.
• Keep CRM systems updated with all sales activities and interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales leadership team to refine and improve sales strategies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Revenue generation from new client acquisition.
• Number of qualified leads generated and conversion rate.
• Sales cycle efficiency and shortening the time to close deals.
• Timely and accurate CRM updates and usage.
• Customer engagement and feedback.
• Co-operation and collaboration with team members in the company
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, HR, business, finance, sales & marketing, or a related field (such as an MBA).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Consulting Sales (HR or technology preferred) or enterprise SaaS sales.
• Proven ability to manage large clients from industries such as Big4, IT, FMCG, and Manufacturing.
• A people person who is able to build long term win-win relationships with clients and team members
• Strong understanding of outbound sales techniques.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools like LeadSquared, Salesforce, HubSpot, or others.
• Willingness to travel and meet clients in person.
