As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to organize our projects, providing clarity and information to our internal Teams too (clear requirements, clarify expectations, organise timelines and workloads).

The selected individual will be a people’s person, someone who can nurture the relationship within our teams, as well as a very structured person, someone who can organise projects internally (being with Product, Tech or Legal & Compliance) to make sure things don’t fall through any cracks (we don’t like missing deadlines).

The selected individual will be responsible to:

Coordinate and communicate roadmaps, roll-out of system integrations (in collaboration with our Integrations Manager), product features, promotional tool and back-end and front-end releases to partners
Track and report on project progress and eliminate obstacles for the teams
Manage complex projects, run in parallel and support teams with prioritisation
Contribute to business discussions around the company’s day-to-day operations and long-term strategy

Requirements

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

Very strong project management skills
Strong ownership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organisations
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
Proven experience as a Project Manager in technology environments
Relevant iGaming experience is mandatory
