Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to cross-functional teams in effectively implementing Agile principles, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Business Technology (BT) leaders to align team outputs with overarching business goals.
- Agile Coaching: While not a requirement, experience in Agile coaching is a valuable asset that can enhance team performance.
- Facilitation: Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies to maintain team engagement and focus.
- Problem Solving: Identify challenges and work collaboratively with teams to eliminate obstacles, promoting a culture of ongoing improvement.
- Communication: Serve as a vital link between the team and stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, particularly in a senior or leadership capacity.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to guide teams while fostering accountability and productivity.
- Agile Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies, with coaching expertise regarded as a plus.
- Team Player: A collaborative and communicative mindset, dedicated to assisting teams in reaching their objectives.

Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a Scrum Master, ideally holding a senior role.
