Outsource Access is searching for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, he/she is responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to booking appointments, managing sales pipelines, and negotiating contracts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads, securing high-value clients, and closing deals that align with the company’s goals.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify new markets, potential clients, and partnership opportunities that align with the company’s growth objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, including cold outreach, social media engagement, networking, and email campaigns. Target key decision-makers within organizations to ensure successful engagement.
- Reach out to potential clients and schedule appointments for in-depth discussions, presentations, or product demonstrations. Ensure that appointments are with qualified leads who match the target customer profile.
- Tailor sales pitches and presentations to address the specific needs and pain points of potential clients. Highlight the unique value proposition of the company’s products or services.
- Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring a clear and organized workflow from lead generation to closing. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead-to-appointment conversion rates and appointment-to-deal conversion rates.
- Secure new business by guiding prospects through the decision-making process, addressing objections, and providing the necessary information to close deals. Ensure proper documentation and contract signing are completed in a timely manner.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and clients post-appointments to keep them engaged throughout the decision-making process. Nurture relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business opportunities.
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, competition, and potential market opportunities. Provide regular performance updates, including the number of appointments booked, deals closed, and revenue generated.
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to align strategies and create sales materials tailored to prospective clients. Provide feedback on product features and market needs based on client interactions.

Supplemental pay types:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a proven track record of booking appointments and closing deals.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch and negotiate effectively.
- Proven expertise in prospecting, lead generation, appointment setting, and closing high-value deals.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage a sales pipeline and follow up consistently.
- Analytical and research skills to understand market dynamics and client needs.
