Marketing Content Specialist (Remote)

Lumofy is seeking a talented Marketing Content Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As aMarketing Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and implementing engaging content strategies across various digital channels. Your primary focus will be on market collaterals, PR activities, blog creation, and email marketing campaigns for both product promotion and customer retention. You will work closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and generate leads.

Responsibilities

·      Create and execute content marketing strategies to promote Lumofy’s products and services.

·      Develop engaging written content, including blog posts, articles, newsletters, product presentations, case studies, website copy, brochures, whitepapers, and more.

·      Create and execute PR strategies to elevate Lumofy’s brand presence, including press releases and media pitches.

·      Write and publish engaging blog posts that provide valuable insights, industry trends, and thought leadership to attract and engage our target audience.

·      Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns for both product marketing and customer retention, including product updates, and personalized email sequences.

·      Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target market, and competitors to ensure content relevance and effectiveness.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for content creation.

·      Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.

·      Manage content distribution across various channels, including the company website, email marketing, and third-party websites.

·      Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as engagement, conversion rates, and website traffic, to identify areas for improvement.

·      Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging content marketing strategies.

·      Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring content aligns with campaign objectives.

·      Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other content creators to produce multimedia content when necessary.

Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

·      Demonstrated experience working for SaaS or EdTech companies.

·      Proven work experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role for 3 years minimum.

·      Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English & Arabic.

·      Proven work experience as a Content Marketing Specialist or similar role.

·      Exceptional writing, editing, and transcreation skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong command of grammar and punctuation.

·      Solid understanding of content marketing principles, SEO best practices, and digital marketing trends.

·      Proficiency in using the HubSpot email marketing tool.

·      Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

·      Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

·      Creativity, passion for storytelling, and a genuine interest in digital marketing trends and technology.

·      Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
