Your deep knowledge of Salesforce and its comprehensive functionalities will be pivotal in optimizing our systems to achieve strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Analysts to design and implement effective solutions that align with organizational requirements.
• Employ your expertise in Apex for the development and configuration of solutions, ensuring the seamless operation of our systems.
• Bring over 5 years of Salesforce experience, with a minimum of 2.5 years dedicated to Lightning development.
• Showcase your proficiency in the Salesforce Lightning Framework, Apex, and AppExchange product development, alongside customizations within Salesforce.
• Utilize your understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Health Cloud to deliver comprehensive support.
• Apply your skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to enhance application functionality.
• Implement API integration methodologies, including REST and SOAP, with Mulesoft experience being a beneficial asset.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting ideas in a concise manner.
• Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to navigate challenges adeptly.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, guiding code design and review processes while promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Possess a thorough understanding of Salesforce Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, Tasks, Workflow Rules, and Triggers.
• Work with Salesforce deployment tools to facilitate smooth transitions and implementations.

Required Skills

Qualifications
