Our Product
Since our public release in September 2023, we have experienced incredible traction growing for 0 to 10M+ active users. As we grow, our goal is to keep enhancing existing key features as well as developing new exciting functionalities (AI to AI conversations, group chat, AI chat & phone calls in local languages, video calls, AI video generation, AR/VR, etc.).

Your Role
Reporting directly to our CMO Thomas, this is what you’ll do:
Key Responsibilities
UX Research: Conduct comprehensive user research to understand target audiences and gather insights that drive design decisions.
Wire-framing and Prototyping: Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and test design concepts, ensuring both functionality and user engagement.
User Interface Design: Develop innovative and visually compelling user interfaces that enhance user interaction, satisfaction, and engagement across our platform.
User Testing: Plan and execute user testing sessions to validate designs, gather feedback, and make insight-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
Collaborative Development: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs align with business goals, technical constraints, and user needs.
Design Systems: Develop and maintain robust design systems to ensure consistency across all product touch points.
Accessibility and Inclusivity: Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and are inclusive for a diverse range of users.
Drive Growth-Oriented Design: Focus on creating designs that not only enhance user experience but also support key business objectives, such as user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of design elements using user feedback and data analytics, iterating as necessary to optimize the user experience. Champion customer-centricity principles: ensure that our platform meaningfully engages our customers and advocate for customer needs.
Articulate and challenge design decisions: Act with autonomy and integrity. We invite challenge and expect you to be able to defend and articulate the WHY behind any design decision
Your Qualifications
Hard Skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design (or UI/UX design) with a proven track record of successful projects.
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and familiarity with prototyping and wireframing tools.
Demonstrated experience in designing consumer-facing digital products, with expertise in creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces.
Proven ability to conduct UX research, develop wireframes, and create high-fidelity prototypes.
Strong analytical skills to interpret user feedback and data, driving informed design decisions.
Soft Skills
Highly creative, self-motivated, and adaptable, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing design challenges and finding innovative solutions.
Growth-oriented mindset with a focus on both enhancing the user experience and achieving business goals.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Bonus points
Experience in industries such as dating and live cams.
Expertise in motion design, accessibility, and design systems.
Familiarity with international markets and a diverse user base.
