Essential Functions
Gain a deep understanding of customer experiences to identify product gaps and generate innovative ideas that enhance market share, improve customer satisfaction, and drive growth.
Develop sales forecasts and implement pricing strategies that promote revenue and margin growth while staying competitive in the market.
Define product strategy and create a roadmap based on customer needs, market research, staffing requirements, and business objectives.
Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, user guides, product metrics, and content strategies for sales and marketing.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product alignment and successful launches.
Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, prioritizing features and planning the roadmap effectively.
Analyze customer feedback, product performance metrics, and market trends to continuously improve product offerings.
Foster internal and external buy-in for the product vision.
Communicate the quality control plan to the product and services teams and oversee its implementation.
Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
Drive product launches, collaborating with public relations teams, executives, and other product management team members.
Represent the organization at tradeshows to promote products and services.
Evaluate promotional plans to ensure alignment with product line strategy and effective messaging.
Visit customers to solicit feedback on products and services, representing the organization.
Education
A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
Proven experience in product management or as an associate product manager.
A strong track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations effectively to executive management.
A solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Proven project management and budgeting skills.
Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competencies And Required Skills
Ability to transform consumer insights into realistic new product developments.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Experience in budgeting and financial management for marketing initiatives.
Proficient in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in product management and e-commerce is a plus.
Travel Requirements
Must be willing to travel to conferences and events as needed.
Salary
The salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $110,000.

This position allows for remote work flexibility.
