• Schedule: 9am – 5pm EST
• Experience: At least 3 years experience as a UI/UX Designer

🎯 Your Goal: Create visually engaging and marketing-driven websites by combining strong UI/UX design skills with a high aesthetic quality. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is essential to translate design concepts into effective, attractive experiences.

1. You’re a Design Systems Expert:

• You build component-based design systems with high aesthetic quality and usability
• You ensure design consistency across platforms using Figma and attention to detail

2. You’re Technically Proficient:

• You have expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• You have experience with Webflow/Unbounce (preferred)

3. You’re Quality-Focused:

• You have meticulous attention to detail
• You maintain high standards across all deliverables
• Create clear documentation and specifications

4. You’re an Experienced Designer:

• You have 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer
• You have a strong portfolio of marketing-driven websites and digital products

5. You’re an Effective Communicator:

• You can articulate design decisions clearly
• You collaborate well in a remote environment
• You can handle feedback and iteration professionally
