The role

Brainrider is looking for a Junior Creative Operations Manager to join our team! As a Junior Creative Operations Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of the creative teams, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and workflows. You will focus on coordinating between creative teams, account managers, and clients to facilitate seamless project execution. You help to streamline processes, manage resources, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality work. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the ins and outs of creative project management and agency operations.

What you’ll do

  • Assist in managing project timelines, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on schedule while maintaining quality standards
  • Help allocate creative resources to the appropriate projects based on availability and skill set
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of workflows
  • Support in monitoring project budgets, ensuring financial accuracy and helping to track expenses to stay within the defined scope
  • Own project setup and management in Teamwork

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in creative operations, project management, or a similar role within an advertising or marketing agency
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with creative and cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring quality and meeting deadlines
  • Basic understanding of creative processes, from concept development to execution
