About the Role:

Are you ready to make a real difference in healthcare? As a Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in redefining how technology can deliver personalized healthcare at scale. Working closely with our Head of Engineering, you’ll join a small but elite team tasked with building cutting-edge solutions that integrate AI, machine learning, and LLMs to revolutionize telehealth in Asia.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and deploy machine learning models to support personalized healthcare at scale.
• Work on integrating AI and LLMs to enhance data insights, automate processes, and manage patient relationships effectively.
• Collaborate with the Head of Engineering and leadership team to design and implement technical solutions aligned with the company’s mission.
• Optimize ML pipelines for scalability and performance in a fast-paced telehealth environment.
• Ensure the security and integrity of patient data while leveraging it to create actionable insights.
• Continuously experiment and innovate, staying at the forefront of AI and ML advancements.

Who You Are:

• You’re passionate about using technology to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives.
• You have hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models in production.
• You’re familiar with AI and LLM technologies and understand how to personalize experiences at scale.
• You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoy the challenge of building solutions from scratch.
• You have strong problem-solving skills and a desire to tackle healthcare’s toughest challenges.
• Experience with healthcare data or applications is a plus but not mandatory.
