Product Manager (Remote)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our innovative Product team at WalaPlus. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining, building, and launching products that enhance our customers’ and employees’ experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to bring our product vision to life and ensure alignment with the company’s goals.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Head of Products to define product strategy and translate it into a detailed and actionable roadmap.
• Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Prioritize features and manage the product backlog to deliver maximum value to customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure seamless execution of product development and timely delivery of features.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future iterations.
• Create detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories to communicate feature details to the development team.
• Conduct product demos, user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure high-quality product launches.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that customer needs and pain points are reflected in the product roadmap.
• Monitor competitive products and industry trends to maintain a strong market position.
• Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, or loyalty and rewards sectors.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.
• Experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).

Soft Skills:

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into actionable decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and team members.
