Who We’re Looking For:  

We’re searching for a Product Manager with a knack for turning abstract ideas into well-defined products. You’ll lead teams, work closely with clients, and ensure the successful delivery of innovative solutions. If you excel in managing diverse stakeholders and aligning product vision with execution, we’d love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate has experience working in freelance/ agency or enterprise settings, enjoys a collaborative yet fast-paced environment, and is comfortable with research, testing, and rapid implementation. With a keen understanding of both problem-solving and client engagement, 

You’ll work closely with our US clients and our internal team, helping them bridge their visions into innovative products.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

-Experience in strategic planning, managing teams, and operational optimization in working with various industry domains

-Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

-Familiarity with financial modeling and market analysis.

-Proven experience in product management, project management, or a related role in startups or agencies.

-Experience in managing end-to-end product development and working in agile environments.

Technical Skills:

-Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence software.

-Familiarity with MVP development and iterative product delivery.

-Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google analytics, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.

-Knowledge of user research techniques, usability testing, and customer feedback loops.

-Familiarity with software development principles and programming basics (e.g., APIs, REST, or JSON).

-Familiarity with A/B testing tools like Optimizely or VWO .

We’re looking for someone resourceful and eager to learn and implement new things creatively every day—expertise in everything isn’t required, but the ability to find innovative solutions and manage team, client, and project is essential
