Job Description: Crypto/Blockchain/Token Developer with ICO Management Experience

We are seeking an experienced Crypto/Blockchain Developer with expertise in Ethereum, token development, and ICO management to lead the technical development of MAT and oversee the entire ICO process. Responsibilities:

Token Development

• Design, develop, and deploy the MatchAwards Token (MAT) on the Ethereum blockchain using the ERC-20 standard.
• Ensure token functionality includes staking, governance participation, and utility within the MatchAwards ecosystem.
• Implement smart contracts for automated token distribution (e.g., AirDrop, staking rewards, referral incentives).
• Optimize gas efficiency and Layer 2 integration for scalability and affordability.
• Conduct rigorous testing, debugging, and auditing of smart contracts to ensure security and functionality.
• Provide a framework for security against the theft and illicit transfer of tokens and/or associated fiat currencies.

ICO Management

• Lead the technical and operational aspects of the ICO, including presale, public sale, and aftermarket launch.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
• Manage tokenomics, ensuring alignment with MatchAwards’ KPIs, such as opportunity matching, spending impact, and equitable distribution ratios.
• Develop and implement an investor dashboard to track key metrics tied to the value of the MAT token in real time.
• Oversee wallet integration for verified users and ensure seamless transactions and token storage.

Strategic Collaboration

• Work closely with MatchAwards’ leadership team to define the roadmap for MAT token development and ICO milestones.
• Collaborate with marketing and community management teams to ensure technical aspects of the ICO align with promotional strategies.
• Partner with blockchain developers and platforms to facilitate listing on centralized and decentralized exchanges (CEXs and DEXs).

Post-ICO Support

• Manage token distribution post-ICO and ensure liquidity through partnerships with liquidity providers.
• Maintain and update smart contracts and other technical components as needed.
• Monitor token performance on exchanges and provide technical insights for improvements.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills

• Blockchain Expertise:
• Deep understanding of Ethereum blockchain, ERC-20 token standards, and Proof of Stake (PoS) mechanisms.
• Experience with Layer 2 solutions (e.g., rollups, sidechains) for scalability and cost reduction.
• Smart Contract Development:
• Proficient in Solidity programming for creating, testing, and deploying smart contracts.
• Familiarity with tokenomics design and integration within decentralized applications (dApps).
• Development Tools:
• Experience with tools such as Truffle, Hardhat, Remix, and Ethereum development frameworks.
• Knowledge of blockchain explorers (e.g., Etherscan) and debugging tools.
• Security:
• Expertise in secure coding practices and vulnerability testing for blockchain applications.

ICO Experience

• Proven track record of successfully managing ICOs, including presales, public sales, and aftermarket support.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements for ICOs, including KYC/AML processes.
• Experience in tokenomics design, including supply allocation, AirDrops, and staking mechanisms.

Soft Skills

• Strong project management and leadership abilities to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a senior technical role in a blockchain startup or ICO project.
• Familiarity with investor relations and building technical solutions for real-time performance dashboards.
• Experience with listing tokens on exchanges (CEXs and DEXs).
• Background in AI or data-driven analytics is a plus.
