Project Description:

Responsibilities:

• Works as a technical lead and with customer nominated representatives to accomplish assigned tasks. Contributes to design for specific deliverables and assists in the development of technical solutions.

• Participate as part of a team and maintains good relationships with team members and customers. Understands DXC strategy and the role that the individual plays.

• Uses knowledge tools and reuses information for the benefit of projects, and of professional development.

Skills Description:

• SAP Human Capital Management – Experience 3 Years

• SAP Success Factors – Experience 1–3 Years

• SAP Project Implementation

• SAP Issue Resolution.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Typically, 4-6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role years of relevant work experience in software engineering

• Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.

• Technical knowledge in package applications.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• US Visa (recommended)

• ITIL Process knowledge (a plus) Customer Service experience.

• Experience leading projects

• Assist in managing a team responsible for package software application development.

• Support project execution and resource allocation.
