Job Summary:
The Product Executive role will be a hands-on position that involves the combination of product administration, deployment and operations. This individual contributor will manage MyRepublic Enterprise products and services operations and drive increase in sales and service revenue. This position requires strong technical and project management skills, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational success for the Enterprise business.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Operations:
o Utilise the internal Business/Operational Support System (B/OSS) to raise and manage product codes (PC) for product orders, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and accuracy in documentation.
o Maintain and update internal tracking lists to monitor product codes and ensure accurate records.
o Track and analyse product sales performance, compiling data for regular reporting to management.
o Plan, coordinate, and track the effectiveness of marketing promotions to drive product growth and optimise customer engagement.
o Review connectivity solutions, develop competitive pricing for sales, and conduct regular landscape analysis to implement countermeasures where necessary.
o Update or create documentation that enhances customer communication and improves clarity on product features and processes.
o Work with internal and external stakeholders to streamline product operations, continuously enhancing workflows and processes.
o Prepare and send monthly product circulars with updates on products, new information, and company news.
o Regularly review and update the MyRepublic Intranet to ensure accurate and timely information for employees.
o Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned to support product and business objectives
Product Deployment and Support:
o Oversee LTE broadband and M2M communication technology platform offerings, including tracking data usage, handling excess charges, invoicing, and managing customer accounts.
o Lead the deployment of M2M communication technology solutions for customers, ensuring timely implementation and smooth operation.
o Act as the main coordinator for incident requests related to the M2M communication technology platform raised by customers.
o Manage connectivity run rate solutions, coordinating with Project Managers for seamless deployment, tracking, and oversight of all connectivity run rate items.
Procurement & Coordination:
o Liaise with vendors to request quotations, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and budgetary guidelines.
o Create and track procurement requisition (PR) requests for vendor quotations and invoices, ensuring timely processing and follow-up.
o Coordinate with procurement and technical teams to facilitate approvals and timely delivery of products, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
Basic Qualifications:
● Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, telecommunications, or a related field.
● Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, procurement, or network/telecommunications services.
● Relevant industry experience with cloud services (e.g., Microsoft Azure), broadband networks, M2M communications, and product life cycle management.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Microsoft Azure Administrator certification, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or other relevant technical certifications.
Key Skills:
● Strong organizational and project management skills
● Meticulous and Detail Orientated
● Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, network infrastructure (e.g., broadband and M2M communications), and procurement requisition (PR) processes.
● Familiarity with using internal Business/Operational Support System(B/OSS)
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external vendors.
● Proficiency in Excel, cloud management tools, and other Microsoft Office applications.
● Ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
