Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective engagement and relationship management.
• Supervise daily project operations, tracking advancement towards established goals and objectives.
• Organize project meetings and deliver regular updates through comprehensive reports and dashboards.
• Identify and address potential obstacles or risks that could impede project success.
• Mentor and support team members by utilizing metrics to inform their professional growth.

Required Skills

• Associate-level Scrum Certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster or Product Owner).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working within cross-functional Agile teams, adept in managing client expectations in fast-paced settings.
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools, capable of creating impactful dashboards and presentations.
• Skilled in managing project metrics and presenting updates to clients.
• Strong experience with Jira is essential; familiarity with Confluence is preferred.
• Background in cloud infrastructure, software development, or consulting.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking capabilities.
• Strong leadership qualities and a proactive, team-focused approach.

Qualifications
