ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As the Partner Program Lead (APAC) at Avery Dennison Smartrac, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our Partner Program in the Asia-Pacific region. You will be responsible for managing and developing strategic partnerships, overseeing operational aspects of our partner relationships (including the PRM and LMS tech stack), and ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely throughout the APAC region.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

Partner Relationship Management:
Supporting a pilot scale up Partner Program to full deployment

Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in the APAC region, including RFID solution providers, system integrators and converters

Foster a collaborative and supportive environment for our partner

Partner Enablement and Development:
Design and implement partner enablement programs that drive partner engagement, adoption, and satisfaction

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop joint marketing initiatives and sales campaigns

Measure and analyze the effectiveness of partner enablement programs to identify areas for improvement

Operational Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) and Learning Management System (LMS)

Monitor partner performance and identify areas for improvement

Leadership:
Provide leadership and guidance to ensure that the Partner Program meets its objectives

Facilitate collaboration between partners and BDM’s by aligning their goals, fostering communication, and providing support to ensure successful partnerships and business growth

Coordinate with the global partnership team to share knowledge and best practices and ensure a consistent and coordinated approach to managing partners with global reach

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Proven experience in partner management and enablement, within the technology or RFID industry preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with partners

Excellent project management and organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

A passion for building relationships and driving partner success

A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Strong understanding of the APAC market and its dynamics

Fluency in English and at least one other Asian language is highly preferred
