Job Summary:
We are seeking a Client Servicing Manager to ensure seamless customer interaction, efficient query resolution, and an exceptional post-sales experience. This role is key to upholding the brand’s commitment to delivering outstanding customer satisfaction for both online and offline clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer queries regarding product availability, order status, and other concerns across communication channels (calls, WhatsApp, and emails).
- Maintain Turnaround Time (TAT) standards while providing clear, courteous, and timely resolutions.
- Address customer grievances efficiently, escalating to relevant departments where necessary, and follow up to ensure closure.
- Manage outbound communications for updates, follow-ups, and critical concern resolutions, ensuring personalized interaction.
- Stay updated on processes and policies as per SOPs, providing proactive solutions aligned with customer expectations.
- Deliver exceptional post-sales service that drives customer delight, retention, and strengthens brand presence, while fostering positive word-of-mouth through professional interactions, and contributing to enhanced brand loyalty and recognition.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in grammatically correct English.
- Skilled at empathizing with customer concerns, delivering tailored solutions, and maintaining accurate records using customer management software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage responsibilities, take ownership of tasks, and proactively solve problems to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Bachelor’s degree (Graduate) or Postgraduate (PG) with at least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably managing both online and offline client bases.
