We’re combining financial empowerment with a unique shopping experience, allowing users to build their credit while accessing the products they need through our platform.

The Role We’re seeking a Senior UX Designer to shape our user experience strategy and create intuitive, engaging interfaces that make financial services accessible and enjoyable. This is a full-time, remote position offering the opportunity to impact how users interact with a cutting-edge fintech product from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Lead user research initiatives to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points in the credit-building journey
Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma for new features and improvements
Design intuitive interfaces that simplify complex financial concepts and processes
Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and data insights
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and maintain design system consistency
Advocate for user-centered design practices across the organization

Required Skills and Experience

5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in fintech or e-commerce
Expert-level proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and problem-solving
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design decisions
Proficiency in creating and maintaining design systems
Understanding of accessibility standards and mobile-first design principles
Experience with data-driven design decisions and A/B testing
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote team environment
