This role is pivotal in Investments, where you will be directing the development, support, and maintenance of applications related to Investment Strategy and Investment Accounting and offers an exciting opportunity for those looking to foster a culture of continuous improvement and growth!

Responsibilities:

• Lead the retirement and replacement of outdated systems and solutions.
• Foster strong relationships with vendors and promptly address technology issues related to our Investment Strategy and Accounting applications.
• Collaborate closely with investment teams to understand business roadmaps and translate them into innovative technology initiatives and solutions.
• Lead diverse internal and external teams to deliver solutions, ensuring strict adherence to quality assurance standards.
• Guide the development, support, and maintenance of intuitive applications connected to Investment Strategy and Investment Accounting.
• Nurture vendor relationships, and proactively address technology issues affiliated with our Investment Strategy and Accounting applications.
• Work hand-in-hand with investment teams to comprehend business roadmaps and convert them into groundbreaking technology initiatives and solutions.
• Enjoy the satisfaction of leading assorted internal and external teams to deliver solutions, whilst ensuring strict adherence to quality assurance standards.
• Showcase your leadership skills in coordinating the retirement of legacy systems and solutions.

Requirements

Proficiency in Data Integration is required.

Proven experience in Data Analysis is essential.

Previous experience in a Director role or similar leadership position is necessary.

Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills.

Ability to strategize and implement company vision and goals.

High level of competence in project management.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.

Knowledge of Derivatives

Advanced degree in related field is preferred.
