Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue potential insurance clients who are currently outside our service portfolio.
- Collaborate with Strategic Marketing Partners to evaluate the outcomes of campaigns influencing the Insurance Division.
- Foster and sustain robust relationships with assigned accounts.
- Act as an intermediary between internal teams and external clients, ensuring a superior client experience.
- Oversee project teams to guarantee the successful execution of contracts.
- Collect and analyze data from insurance customers and competitor insights.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals to prospective insurance clients and internal stakeholders.
- Complete designated business development tasks using Asana.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline with qualified insurance prospects.
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships within the insurance sector to promote business expansion.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Development or Strategic Accounts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
- Initiative to spot opportunities and take proactive measures.
- Experience in driving business through an inside sales framework.
- Comfort with video conferencing tools and daily communication platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
- Demonstrated professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
- Commitment to meeting deadlines and completing tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving abilities are advantageous.
- Strong team collaboration skills and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
