Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive online and in-person event strategies, including webinars, regional workshops, and educational conferences.
- Organize and facilitate multiple monthly events aimed at generating leads, enhancing brand engagement, and amplifying our educational mission.
- Oversee the complete event lifecycle—from conception to post-event analysis—ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
- Craft targeted marketing campaigns designed to drive event registrations and convert attendees into qualified leads.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align event strategies with overarching growth objectives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality leads.
- Foster and maintain relationships with influencers and community partners to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Develop a robust online community engagement strategy via social media and other platforms.
- Implement ambassador and referral programs to cultivate long-term relationships and advocacy for our brand.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to create integrated campaigns that maximize reach and conversion across various channels.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing initiatives, including event engagements and lead conversions.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing, event management, or related roles, preferably within the D2C or education sectors.
- A proven track record in driving growth and successfully managing both online and in-person events that yield measurable results.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including paid social, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics.
- Strong experience in community engagement and partnership development, including managing ambassador and referral programs.
- Exceptional project management abilities, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and virtual event platforms like Zoom.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at articulating brand messaging across various channels.
- Flexibility to accommodate evening and weekend hours for events scheduled in the Pacific time zone.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in scaling growth initiatives and managing successful events.
