Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily, weekly, and quarterly commitments for the CEO.
- Maintain effective communication protocols in all interactions while ensuring proper organization and preparation for responsibilities.
- Align daily tasks with strategic objectives, keeping departmental needs in mind.
- Capture, prioritize, and develop actionable plans for the CEO’s initiatives, ensuring projects are thoroughly followed through.
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, prioritize correspondence, and coordinate travel logistics seamlessly.
- Organize and oversee logistics for in-person events with meticulous attention to detail.
Required Skills
- Strong organization and detail-oriented capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in managing email, calendar, and travel arrangements effectively.
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Collaborative mindset focused on team support.
- Experience in marketing and healthcare sectors is advantageous.
Qualifications
Required:
- 3-5+ years of Executive Assistant experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience working with high-level executives or entrepreneurs.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and implement processes while showcasing strong organizational skills.
- A college degree, preferably in business, marketing, or healthcare.
- Familiarity or experience in marketing and healthcare domains.

Compensation And Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is (70,000 – )80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
