Responsibilities
- Assist with Messaging Framework: Support the development and maintenance of the messaging framework, ensuring consistent messaging across all content by working alongside senior team members.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to assist in the creation of customer-facing materials like pitch decks and case studies. Your contributions will directly support our sales and market efforts.
- Sales Training Support: Help the Sales Enablement team with training materials. Assist in equipping our sales team with the necessary knowledge and tools.
- Market and Product Coordination: Facilitate communication between product and sales teams by sharing insights and market feedback under the guidance of senior team members.
- Competitive Research: Monitor industry trends and competitors and help translate findings into actionable insights that will aid product and sales alignment.
- Content Support: Assist in developing sales assets and customer stories. Help simplify technical concepts for a broader audience.
- Customer Insights Gathering: Use basic analytical skills to contribute to identifying customer segments and incorporating feedback from sales teams to enhance marketing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Communications, Market Intelligence, Product Development, or similar field).
- Product Marketing Experience: 2-3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within SaaS. Eagerness to learn and grow in the field is crucial.
- Fluent or bilingual in English; additional languages (French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, or Italian) are a plus.
- Strong written and verbal skills with an ability to help translate complex concepts for a variety of audiences.
- Research & Analytical Abilities: Basic skills in researching customer segments and understanding competitors.
- Multi-tasking & Adaptability: Comfort with balancing multiple tasks and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative Spirit: Eager to work as part of a team, willing to help where needed, and learn from others.
- Interest in the Solar Industry: Enthusiasm for the solar industry and a commitment to sustainability are welcomed.

Salary Ranges: The starting salary is 40,000 Euros/yearly gross, and the final offer will depend on experience, competencies, and expectations.
