Ai Engineer (Remote)

The Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of AI and machine learning models that drive innovation in our global content platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and create new applications to enhance user experience and operational efficiency

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and deploy AI and machine learning models using state-of-the-art frameworks and libraries.
• Design and maintain scalable, high-performance data pipelines to support training, validation, and production environments.
• Build, train, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning models for tasks such as natural language processing, computer vision, predictive analytics, and generative AI.
• Architect, develop, and integrate APIs and microservices for AI-driven applications into existing platforms.
• Research, prototype, and implement novel AI methodologies to improve platform capabilities and user experiences.
• Develop automated tools for monitoring, maintaining, and retraining deployed models to ensure long-term reliability and relevance.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to containerize models using Docker and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes.
• Work closely with software engineering teams to implement end-to-end pipelines for data collection, model training, and deployment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a proven track record of deploying AI models in production.
• Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency with machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or generative AI techniques.
• Proven expertise in Transformer architectures (e.g., BERT, GPT) for NLP or CNNs/RNNs for vision-based tasks.
• Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with structured and unstructured data.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (e.g., SageMaker, Lambda, ECS), GCP (e.g., Vertex AI), or Azure ML.
• Strong understanding of software development practices, including Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• Experience with tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized deployment for scalable AI applications.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and big data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark).
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex AI/ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
• Demonstrated understanding and implementation of software design principles such as SOLID and DRY with Software as a Service (SaaS), multi-tenancy application development
