Zensar Technologies is looking Senior Network/Technical Project Manager in Colombia.

All Candidate must have advance English verbal and written.

• Prepare Project Plan and Delivery using project management methodologies across the entire project lifecycle, from pre-sales engagement, to project delivery, through contract closure

• Requirements Gathering

o Work w/Cisco Engineers & customer to document project requirements

o Define and collect technical data points required for Project success

• Cost Estimation and Project Planning

o Develop Work Breakdown Structure to define effort level and amounts to complete project efforts

o Work with Cisco Engineers to establish critical path

o Define deliverables lists and milestones

o Create Project work plan and resources assignment

o Document Project Assumptions and Risks

o Draw up quote to be provided as a cost estimate to Customer

o Establish communication plan and reporting cadence

o Establish Project Change process

• Implementation Tracking and Support

o Lead/Support implementation cutovers

o Define and follow escalation plans and action/risk log

o Document issues and lessons to be learned

o Communicate project status

o Lead/Coordinate multiple teams to deliver project changes

o Get customer acceptance of project deliverables

• Project Financials Setup, Tracking, and Closure

o Establishing initial Project Budgets

o Perform Revenue & Cost Forecasting

o Track Financial Health of Project

o Invoice customer for work completed

o Follow Cisco Business Policy throughout lifecycle to project closure

• Deliver Projects in accordance with ISO 9000 Policy

Required Experience & Skill Set

• Typically requires Bachelor of Engineering /Technology, Master of computer application or equivalent, Administration or Industrial Engineering

• 2-5 years of overall experience with a minimum of 3 years in the Project Management.

• Minimum 1 Years’ experience working with Large Enterprise Size Customers to implement Voice/Data Networking Technology Projects

• Strong MS Excel Skills: Simple math, Formulas, pivot tables, V Lookups, etc.

• 2 – 5 years’ Experience using MS Project to setup and deliver projects

• Significant ability to communicate with Business terms and Technical Vocabulary

• Fluent in English written and verbal (Minimum TOEFL 540 or equivalent)

Desired Experience & Skill Set

• Certifications: PMP(or Prince), ITIL, SCRUM, CCNA, MCSE (In order of Preference)

• 2 – 5 Years of experience working with Telecommunications Projects

• Possess a good attitude and a team Player.

Non-standard working hours are required (nights and weekend included)

Availability to travel

Education: Bachelor degree or higher
