We are looking for an innovative, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and take charge of all aspects of our digital presence.
Job Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the company’s digital marketing strategy and execution, aimed at increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and building a strong online presence in the cotton and cotton waste trading industry. This position requires a versatile professional with expertise in website management, social media marketing, content creation, and design tools such as photoshop, adobe illustrator, Canva. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, creative, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
● Experience:
○ 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B industries (preferably within the textile, cotton, or manufacturing sectors).
○ Proven experience in managing websites (WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS) and designing visual content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
○ Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media management, and email marketing.
○ Experience with lead generation and nurturing strategies for B2B businesses.
● Skills:
○ Proficiency in website management tools and design platforms (WordPress, Canva, etc.).
○ Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other performance tracking tools.
○ Knowledge of SEO best practices and how to optimize website content for search engines.
○ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create engaging content for a B2B audience.
○ Creative mindset with an eye for design and a passion for digital trends.
○ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Education:
○ A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Desirable Attributes:
● Familiarity with the cotton, textile, or waste management industry is a plus.
● Experience with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Facebook Ads.
● Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) is a plus.
