Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development and launch of Remote Care Programs, partnering with essential stakeholders such as Field Management, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Professional Development.
- Oversee the formation of committees for the Remote Care Programs, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and telemedicine standards.
- Create and maintain robust processes for auditing, reporting, and collecting patient feedback to guarantee the highest quality of care.
- Deliver onboarding and ongoing support for center teams utilizing the programs, collaborating with Professional Development to produce training materials.
- Establish best practice guidelines for program management, focusing on client portals and audiological assessment tools to provide a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with Insurance Teams to ensure precise coding, documentation, and reimbursement practices meet insurance expectations.
- Develop and oversee budgets for the programs, monitoring and reporting on financial performance, including costs, revenue, and ROI.
- Identify potential expansion opportunities for the telehealth program by introducing new services or targeting specific populations.

Required Skills

- Retail experience is advantageous.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Availability for evening and weekend work, with some travel required.
