We are seeking an organized and tech-savvy E-Commerce Coordinator to manage our online platforms, monitor advertising performance, manage stock levels, and handle customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business, focusing on optimizing the customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining accurate product availability across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Management: Oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces, etc.), ensuring product listings are accurate and up to date.
  • Ad Monitoring: Manage and monitor online ads (Google Ads, social media campaigns, etc.), track performance metrics, and collaborate with the marketing team to optimize ad campaigns.
  • Stock Management: Access and monitor inventory levels across all e-commerce platforms, ensuring stock availability is updated and synced with internal systems. Coordinate with the stock team for timely replenishment.
  • Customer Queries: Handle and respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone regarding products, orders, returns, and other general queries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Order Processing: Track and process online orders, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery. Address any order-related issues promptly.
  • Performance Reporting: Use analytics tools to monitor platform performance, sales trends, and customer behavior. Generate reports to inform management of key metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, stock, and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination between sales channels and back-end operations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve platform management and customer service efficiency, implementing best practices where applicable.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • E-Commerce Platform Experience: Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, eBay) and content management systems.
  • Advertising Expertise: Experience with managing online ad campaigns, including social media ads and Google Ads.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach to handling inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Stock Management: Familiarity with stock monitoring and inventory systems, ensuring real-time updates and accuracy.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to use data and analytics tools to monitor performance and make informed decisions.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring product listings, stock levels, and order processes are managed accurately and efficiently.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficiency with tools such as Excel, CRM systems, and e-commerce analytics platforms.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in an e-commerce coordination role or similar, with a focus on platform management and customer service.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field preferred.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with e-commerce platforms, online ad tools, and stock management software.
  • Problem-solving Abilities: Strong capability to resolve issues related to customer queries, stock discrepancies, or platform challenges.
