Key Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of the product roadmap by collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for ongoing initiatives.
• Work closely with both business and technical teams to gather and refine requirements, prioritize features, and monitor developers’ progress to meet established expectations.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships with UX, design, IT, and project management teams to transition product features from concept through to execution.
• Lead triage and prioritization efforts, ensuring that critical bugs are resolved promptly and features are delivered within deadlines.
• Oversee sprint cycles by identifying relevant user stories and facilitating effective communication with engineers and QA teams.
• Collaborate with teams to establish key performance metrics, assess product performance, and recommend enhancements driven by data insights.

Required Skills

• 2-5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in digital environments, with a focus on machine learning and personalization features.
• Strong understanding of machine learning models, including recommendation systems and customer segmentation, especially in e-commerce applications.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the front-end functionalities of e-commerce platforms, mobile applications, and websites.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, fostering effective collaboration across diverse teams.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, adept at identifying challenges and presenting practical solutions.
• Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office, along with communication platforms like Slack and Zoom. Familiarity with agile methodologies is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a retail or e-commerce setting is strongly preferred.
