About the Role
As the Product & Activation Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and sales excellence. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will ensure the successful rollout of key initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams locally and globally.
What You’ll Do
- Product Knowledge & Content Creation:
- Become an expert in GAMA’s product portfolio and develop engaging marketing materials.
- Provide tailored sales aids to support customer retention and acquisition.
- Market Insights & Competitor Analysis:
- Gather and analyse market trends to drive activation strategies.
- Identify opportunities to differentiate GAMA’s products in the market.
- Marketing & Sales Enablement:
- Create marketing communication materials aligned with GAMA’s brand guidelines.
- Partner with sales and clinical teams to develop and implement impactful marketing plans.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Lead global projects with teams to deliver assets that can be used around the world.
- Deliver initiatives that align with GAMA’s strategic goals.
- Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
What You’ll Need
- A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing or product activation, preferably within healthcare or related industries.
- Strong skills in developing sales-aid materials and managing product launches.
- Experience managing social media campaigns and navigating Australian regulatory frameworks for disinfectants or drugs.
- Proven ability to collaborate, influence stakeholders, and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills with a strong customer focus.
