We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Marketing and Communications Specialist to enhance awareness and provide educational support regarding telehealth programs for Veterans. This fully remote role offers a unique opportunity to join a committed team focused on delivering strategic marketing initiatives, public relations, outreach, and research aimed at fostering positive transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and curate compelling content for social media platforms, collaborating with design teams to ensure visual engagement.
• Create impactful campaign materials, including digital assets, articles, and blog posts.
• Design various training resources such as slideshows, FAQs, and website content to facilitate effective communication.
• Contribute to internal and external content, enhancing our outreach efforts.
• Analyze communication campaign performance and generate monthly and quarterly reports to inform ongoing strategies.

Required Skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in technical writing.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects independently while fostering effective collaboration.
• Experience in both traditional and social media communication platforms.
• A proactive attitude with a strong desire for professional growth.
• Experience with digital media is preferred, and familiarity with VA or VHA communications is advantageous.
• An active or prior VA clearance is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in supporting communications and marketing initiatives, ideally within an agency or federal framework.
