Key Responsibilities
- Develop and curate compelling content for social media platforms, collaborating with design teams to ensure visual engagement.
- Create impactful campaign materials, including digital assets, articles, and blog posts.
- Design various training resources such as slideshows, FAQs, and website content to facilitate effective communication.
- Contribute to internal and external content, enhancing our outreach efforts.
- Analyze communication campaign performance and generate monthly and quarterly reports to inform ongoing strategies.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in technical writing.
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects independently while fostering effective collaboration.
- Experience in both traditional and social media communication platforms.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire for professional growth.
- Experience with digital media is preferred, and familiarity with VA or VHA communications is advantageous.
- An active or prior VA clearance is highly regarded.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in supporting communications and marketing initiatives, ideally within an agency or federal framework.
