We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for an accomplished and enthusiastic Luxury Travel Advisor specializing in European destinations to become a vital member of our innovative team. In this role, you will collaborate with esteemed travel agency partners, delivering bespoke travel experiences to our discerning clientele. As a Luxury Travel Advisor specializing in Europe, your primary focus will be to provide outstanding customer service from the initial inquiry through to final bookings and beyond. This dynamic, fast-paced role necessitates a blend of exceptional organizational skills, comprehensive knowledge of European destinations, and a fervor for crafting personalized luxury travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for our partner travel agencies and their luxury clientele, delivering customized service throughout their travel journey.
- Utilize your expertise to convert leads into bookings by employing persuasive techniques and effective closing strategies.
- Create bespoke travel itineraries for clients, ensuring that every aspect aligns with their individual preferences.
- Manage a substantial volume of inquiries and bookings while demonstrating a commitment to consistently exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
- Proactively address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and providing a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Nurture robust, ongoing relationships with partner agencies through consistent communication, follow-ups, and support, fostering repeat business.
- Maintain precise and current records of client interactions, preferences, and bookings using our internal CRM system.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in luxury travel and European destinations to provide relevant, informed recommendations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Travel Advisor, with a minimum of 3 years specializing in planning and booking European itineraries.
- Fundamental understanding of margins versus markups in the travel industry.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, ensuring optimal client satisfaction by addressing challenges effectively.
- Established background in relationship-driven sales, with a history of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Highly organized with excellent time-management skills, adept at juggling multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- Attention to detail, offering tailored recommendations based on client preferences.
- Proficient in utilizing CRM systems and travel reservation software.
- Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
