As a Luxury Travel Advisor specializing in Europe, your primary focus will be to provide outstanding customer service from the initial inquiry through to final bookings and beyond. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for our partner travel agencies and their luxury clientele, delivering customized service throughout their travel journey.
• Utilize your expertise to convert leads into bookings by employing persuasive techniques and effective closing strategies.
• Create bespoke travel itineraries for clients, ensuring that every aspect aligns with their individual preferences.
• Manage a substantial volume of inquiries and bookings while demonstrating a commitment to consistently exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Proactively address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and providing a seamless experience from start to finish.
• Nurture robust, ongoing relationships with partner agencies through consistent communication, follow-ups, and support, fostering repeat business.
• Maintain precise and current records of client interactions, preferences, and bookings using our internal CRM system.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Travel Advisor, with a minimum of 3 years specializing in planning and booking European itineraries.
