Position Overview
In the role of Marketing Operations Manager, you will be crucial in refining the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing endeavors. You will optimize workflows, oversee our comprehensive marketing technology stack, and manage data administration to ensure seamless execution and successful campaign outcomes. Your strategic mindset, analytical prowess, and strong communication abilities will contribute significantly to the marketing team’s success and the company’s overarching objectives. This full-time remote position operates within Eastern or Central time zones, with occasional travel to our New York headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Streamline and document comprehensive marketing processes for campaign planning, execution, and measurement.
- Identify bottlenecks and enhance operational efficiency in marketing.
- Improve lead flow processes between the marketing and sales teams.
- Ensure operational readiness of forms across platforms (Pardot, Unbounce, WordPress).
- Collaborate with various teams to update campaign tracking and attribution models in Salesforce.
- Manage and oversee marketing tools and systems, ensuring effective integration for optimized campaign performance.
- Develop and uphold data standards to guarantee accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, CASL).
- Create and maintain live dashboards to report on marketing and sales activities, including pipeline and revenue insights.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational workflows and efficiency.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or marketing automation.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with demand generation and pre-sales funnel management.
- Experience in managing paid advertisement programs.
- Excellent project management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Robust interpersonal skills to collaborate efficiently across departments.
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and data privacy regulations.

Compensation & Benefits
We provide a competitive salary ranging from (100,000 to )110,000, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes company-subsidized medical insurance for employees and their families, dental and vision coverage, a 401K plan with a 4% company match, and the flexibility of remote work with occasional travel to our New York headquarters.
