We are seeking a talented and creative UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap, with hands-on experience in designing user interfaces for web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric design solutions, focusing on aesthetics, functionality, and usability.

Key Responsibilities:

Design visually engaging and responsive user interfaces for web applications, ensuring consistency with the brand and user experience best practices.

Develop and implement HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap-based layouts for seamless front-end development.

Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet business needs.

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design for optimal user experience across different devices and screen sizes.

Maintain and improve existing UI designs, suggesting improvements to enhance usability and functionality.

Stay up to date with the latest UI design trends, tools, and technologies to continually refine your design skills.

Provide clear design specifications and assets for development teams, ensuring designs are accurately implemented.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2 to 5 years of experience in UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap framework for creating responsive layouts and designs.

Solid understanding of UI design principles, color theory, typography, and user-centered design.

Experience working with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual design.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

A passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with JavaScript or front-end frameworks like React or Angular is a plus.

Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

Knowledge of accessibility best practices in UI design.
