Position Overview

We seek a Junior Marketing Specialist to drive high-quality content creation and support sales enablement. If you’re a smart, proactive individual with experience working in the B2B SaaS/technology field, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Sales Enablement Support:

• Develop customizable templates (e.g., for sales and demo decks) to streamline creation, allowing the sales team to personalize client-facing materials quickly.
• Support the sales team with personalized demos using AI overlays on client-specific footage, creating a powerful visualization of our product capabilities.
• Build content assets that showcase Maneva’s value and relevance to client pain points, directly supporting the sales team’s efforts.

Social Media and Video Content:

• Plan, create, and post high-quality social media content aligned with brand strategy.
• Produce and edit video content to highlight Maneva’s AI applications and customer success stories.

Template and Process Development:

• Help develop a systematic, template-driven approach for content creation and client engagement, ensuring scalability and consistent quality across all materials.
• Work to document procedures for repeatable and efficient marketing processes.

Event and Trade Show Support:

• Help plan and coordinate trade shows, webinars, and events.
• Assist with logistics and on-site support to ensure events successfully promote our brand and products.

Website updates and support:

• Use Webflow to update and manage website content

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in sales enablement within a fast-moving marketing and sales environment.
• Proficiency in design tools like Canva or Adobe Illustrator, with experience in Google Slides/PowerPoint for template creation.
• Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premier, Descript, Kdenlive, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in photography and videography is a plus.
• Knowledge of Webflow for updates and website content management.
• Strong time management skills and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a small, collaborative team.
• High standards for quality in visual materials, with attention to detail and brand alignment.
