Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their operational needs within the F&B sector.
• ERP Setup and Configuration: Setup and configure the ERP software to meet client-specific requirements, focusing on functionalities relevant to restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchen, food trucks and other F&B establishments.
• Process Mapping and Documentation: Develop detailed process review and documentation, aligning ERP functionalities with client business processes to streamline operations.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive testing to verify that configurations, customizations, and data migrations meet the client’s needs and Polaris Technology’s quality standards.
• User Training and Support: Provide hands-on training and support to client teams, equipping them with the skills needed to effectively use the ERP system in their daily operations.
• Go-Live Support: Offer onsite or remote support during the ERP go-live phase, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any issues that arise.
• Post-Implementation Support and Continuous Improvement: Engage in post-implementation review sessions with clients to gather feedback, address ongoing needs, and continuously refine and improve ERP functionalities.
• Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver customized solutions that meet client expectations and industry standards.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular reports on project progress, configuration settings, and system performance.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest ERP trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.

Must Haves:

• Fluent in English: Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Industry Experience: At least 3 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant, with a strong focus on the F&B industry, specifically in restaurants, cafés, lounges, cloud kitchens, and food trucks.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency with SaaS-based ERP or POS solutions, including configuration, data migration, and integration with other systems.
• Deep Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of F&B industry processes and requirements, with the ability to translate client needs into effective ERP solutions.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a knack for problem-solving and the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable ERP configurations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing client expectations and collaborating effectively with internal teams.
• Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail, with a focus on delivering quality, client-centered ERP solutions.
• Self-Motivated and Proactive: A self-starter with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Willingness to Travel: Available for on-site client meetings and support as needed.
