Role Overview:
As a Growth Marketing & Lead Engagement Associate , you will play a critical role in connecting with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and introducing them to our innovative solutions. You’ll leverage your expertise in cold calling, digital marketing, and paid advertising to nurture leads and encourage them to take the next steps. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage campaigns will directly impact our company’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling and Lead Engagement:
-Reach out to potential clients via cold calls to introduce our digital marketing solutions.
-Engage leads in meaningful conversations, understand their pain points, and position our services as the ideal solution.
-Qualify leads and encourage them to book meetings with the sales team.
Digital Marketing and Campaign Management:
-Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and strategies that drive engagement.
-Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
Client Communication:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with US-based clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
-Communicate the value of our services clearly and effectively during client interactions.
Market Research and Insights:
-Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for client acquisition.
-Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Reporting and Optimization:
-Track lead generation and engagement metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals.
-Provide regular updates on campaign performance and lead conversion rates.
Qualifications:
Experience:
2+ years of experience in growth marketing, cold calling, digital marketing, or a related field.
Proven success in engaging and converting US-based clients.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Expertise in cold calling and lead engagement techniques.
Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead management systems.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the US market and client behavior.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including paid ads, SEO, and content marketing.
